Paul Loto'aniu, is a Ph.D. space plasma physicist, graduating with Highest Honors, turned technology entrepreneur. He combines a decade of leadership in NASA and NOAA spacecraft missions with deep expertise in artificial intelligence and data-driven systems.

 

Before founding Tevolo, Paul led the space magnetic fields (MAG) team at University of Colorado-CIRES and was the lead instrument scientist for CIRES on the NASA-NOAA GOES-R and SWFO-L1 spacecraft magnetometer programs, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects, international partnerships, and cutting-edge data systems. Paul was the lead NOAA-CIRES space scientist on the NASA-NOAA solar sail concept studies and was principal scientist for the compact vector helium magnetometer development project with NASA-JPL.

As either principle investigator or co-investigator he obtained millions of dollars in grants for his research. He is the first author of multiple physics and astrophysics publications and has received top honors from NASA and NOAA for mission-critical innovation and execution.

At Tevolo, Paul applies the rigorous leadership and management experience, team focus, systems analysis, and sophisticated scientific algorithm design from NASA space missions through to the challenge of reimagining human–AI interaction. His vision: a single intelligent assistant that saves users time by understanding intent, automating tasks, and seamlessly controlling all their apps.

Paul created the architectural design that enables Ora to interact with users and the external RAGs system along with corresponding APIs that connect user intentions to applications that perform the intended tasks for the user.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his kids, playing rugby, and traveling the world, which keeps his perspective grounded in what technology should ultimately serve — human connection and better living.

Fadil Inceoglu is a Ph.D. solar and space physicist by training and a philosopher by conviction. At Tevolo, he leads the development of its core AI architecture — shaping systems that learn, reason, and adapt with human-like clarity — integrating logic, memory, intention and awareness to mirror the way humans make sense of their world. His approach reflects a lifelong pursuit: to build intelligence that deepens human understanding rather than imitates it.

 

Drawing on his background in physics and philosophy, Fadil created Ora, Tevolo’s evolving AI framework — an integration of memory, emotion, and reason designed to support genuine understanding between humans and machines. Ora reflects Fadil’s belief that artificial intelligence should not mimic human feeling, but comprehend it as a rational structure of mind. It stands as one expression of his broader vision: AI as a partner in thought, not a copy of it.

 

Before co-founding Tevolo, Dr. Inceoglu served as a Research Scientist at NOAA-NCEI and the University of Colorado Boulder CIRES, where he led pioneering projects in solar and space-weather forecasting using machine learning. His work has earned support from NASA’s Space Weather Research-to-Operations program, the National Science Foundation’s Solar-Terrestrial Program, and multiple NOAA mission awards.

 

Author of more than twenty-five peer-reviewed papers spanning AI, heliophysics, and data science, Fadil’s research has appeared in Nature, Scientific Reports, The Astrophysical Journal, and Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence. His algorithms are slated for operational deployment within NOAA missions, and his solar object-detection models have been used to build a database in Germany. His collaborations across Denmark, Germany, and the United States reflect a career that unites precision, philosophy, and global perspective.

 

Outside of work, Fadil pursues photography and writing as continuations of the same inquiry — exploring how reason and perception shape our grasp of reality. His essays on ethics, consciousness, and the primacy of existence reveal the philosophical foundation that informs his science — and the science that gives his philosophy form.
